Privacy Policy

Who we are

Fairly is operated by Solsted Ltd (company number NI665848), registered at 23 Coyle Court, Antrim, Northern Ireland, BT41 1DH. Solsted Ltd is the data controller for the information described here. You can reach us at info@solsted.co.uk.

What we collect

It depends on which form you use:

We do not collect payment details or any booking data at this stage.

When you visit the site, our analytics provider also records standard technical information such as the pages you view, your approximate location (country) and the type of device and browser you use. This is collected without cookies, is aggregated and does not identify you.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We use your details to manage the waitlist, to contact you about Fairly’s launch and early access, and to understand demand across Northern Ireland. Our lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time (see Your rights). For the basic site analytics described below, our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used and improving it.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing. We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf under contract:

Where a provider processes data outside the UK, that transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards (such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or standard contractual clauses). We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your details until Fairly launches and we have contacted you about getting started, or until you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first. If Fairly does not proceed, we will delete the waitlist within 24 months. You can ask us to delete your details sooner at any time.

Cookies and analytics

The public site does not use cookies. We use Vercel Analytics to understand how many people visit and which pages they read. It is privacy-friendly and works without cookies, so it does not track you across other websites or build a profile of you. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies of any kind.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, receive a copy of it, and withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email info@solsted.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) if you think we have handled your data wrongly.

Changes

We will update this policy as Fairly develops, especially once the booking platform goes live. The date at the top shows the latest version.
